WordPress 262 is Out its Security UpdateWordpress.org has recently released WordPress 2.6.2, as a security update to the previous wordpress 2.6.1 about the dangers of SQL Column Truncation and weaknesses of mt_rand() warned by Stefan Esser. Wordpress 2.3.2WordPress 2.3.2 was released 4 days ago. As you know, i already upgraded my ‘old’ wordpress 2.2.1 to version 2.3.1 in the last post. Now i choose to upgrade again because of the urgent security release.

WordPress 2.3.2 is an urgent security release that fixes a bug that can be used to expose your draft posts. 2.3.2 also suppresses some error messages that can give away information about your database table structure and limits and stops some information leaks in the XML-RPC and APP implementations.
