You are probably familiar with HJSplit – Freeware to Split and Merge Files of any Type and Size, Here’s now another contender i’ve recently used, called FFSJ. Yeah, both apps have same functionalities, but FFSJ claims that it is the fastest file splitter and joiner. After using FFSJ, it is much faster than HJSplit.
If you’ve ever used HJSplit (maybe as i mentioned before for sending large files via email?, files backup?, or etc), you must be familiar with files ending with .001, .002, .003, etc (those files are pieces from a larger file that has been split apart).
