Smart Defrag 1.11 releasedIObit has recently released a new version of its defragmenter program, Smart Defrag version 1.11. Following on my previous post about this app, you may already know that Smart Defrag is a great FREE defragmenter. In case you’re not aware of ‘Defragmenter’.. it is a program that rearranges sector allocations. It reorganizes the storage space on a hard disk and optimize its performance by consolidating related files. If you frequently install/uninstall programs, copy/delete many large files, after a while, bits and pieces of applications are strewn across the drive. Defragmenter rearranges them closer to each other, making its faster to search and use them. You will experience quicker speeds and possible more disk space if you defrag your computer.
